Terms & Conditions


  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority, any non-payments will mean your child(ren) cannot attend the session(s).
  • Refunds will be issued if a class has to be cancelled by the coach for personal reasons.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own/others circumstances.
  • Cosmic Cheer or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
  • Cosmic Cheer reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had a sickness bug within 48 hours of the class.
  •  All students must come to their sessions with hair tied back.
  • All students must attend their sessions wearing clean well fitted trainers & sports wear.
  • No food is permitted in any of the sessions unless otherwise agreed
  • All communication will be completed via email, please ensure you check these.
  • We require 1 months notice should your child be stopping any of their sessions, payment will be due up to the month deadline.
  • Any All Star athletes are required to pay for all competitions in full, even if they stop mid season, this is due to commitments made to their team and ours commitment to the competitions.
